The Four Phases of Gender Reassignment Surgery

After your hormone therapy begins to take effect, you’ll get real-life experience in your preferred gender. The amount of time that it takes to go through this process is different from patient to patient, and it may take up to one year. Finally, you’ll begin preparing for your gender reassignment surgery procedure.
